Teen Ink

A national teen magazine, book series, and website devoted entirely to teenage writing and art. Teen Ink offers teens the opportunity to publish their creative work and opinions on the issues that affect their lives - everything from love and family to teen smoking and community service. Hundreds of thousands of students have submitted their work and more than 25,000 have been published since 1989. Copies of the magazine are available in the Plumb Memorial Library Teen Room.

Anime Club

Members share a light supper of ramen and munch on Asian snacks, conduct a short business meeting, discuss any new manga they've read, share what they know about Japanese culture and language, and end by watching anime.  New members are always welcome-just let us know that you're coming so that we can plan enough food. Call 926-0111 or e-mail Marcia. Please have your parent/guardian read the Letter to Parents of Teen Anime Club Members before attending.  Dates of future meetings are posted here.

Special Events

Special events are planned throughout the year just for teens.  To see the latest offerings, visit our events page.
